I thought these cookies deserved some public attention.
I was sitting in church today thinking about what I could bake (don't judge me) with the ingredients I already have on my shelf and-voila!-it hit me--White Chocolate Lemon Cookies.
Lemon cake mix+shortening+eggs+white chocolate chips
=
24 decadent cookies.
Seriously, my mouth is still watering.
And don't even get me started on the delicious parmesan-crusted Chicken Cordon Bleu we had for dinner.
